One room has windows overlooking the barbecue area, whilst the other opens with double doors onto the terrace next to the swimming pool. A third double bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms except in the living-dining room and the kitchen.



The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a hallway that runs around the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a sunny day.



The exterior of the villa is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
