Set in northern Mallorca, Villa La Canova accommodates up to 10 guests, including up to 8 adults and 2 children. The property is a five-minute drive from Pollença and 13 minutes from Alcúdia, within easy reach of some of the island's finest beaches, cycling routes such as Sa Calobra, and hiking trails including Cap de Formentor. Three private parking spaces make arrival straightforward for guests travelling by car.

The villa offers four bedrooms: three with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a fourth with two double beds that sleep up to four guests. The living room features a fireplace that is well-suited to evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern appliances, a functional layout, and dedicated wine storage.

A private pool is at the heart of the outdoor space, with open views across the surrounding countryside. Sun loungers line the poolside for days in the Mallorcan sun. A shaded dining area with a barbecue provides the setting for relaxed meals outdoors, whilst the terrace as a whole serves as a natural gathering point.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected: to reach bedroom 3, guests pass through bedroom 2. This arrangement works well for families or groups who are happy to share the same sleeping area.
