„This place was absolutely amazing; from the time we arrived until the day we left 7 days later was incredible. Our Concierge Carolina was there every step of the way, from booking reservations to keeping us informed on Island wide power outages. Bring Oil Based Bug Spray, the Sand Flies will eat you alive. "Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
