„Very appreciate my stay in this Hotel, middle in the city, saved a lot of time on travelling in and out. Very clean, i hope it will stay this way further as they are freshly opened. Because of Business trip reasons and late arriving at the hotel I wish they could open the Gym and swimming pool also over the night to be able to use it. All other is just great.“

„Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Service, einwandfreies und gutes Frühstück...ich war mit meiner Buchung im Banane Lake Shore rundum zufrieden. Die Anreise vom Flughafen mit einem Prepaid Taxi war etwas umständlich, da der Taxifahrer das Hotel erst nach langem Suchen gefunden hatte. Deshalb mein Tipp, besser den Transfer auch gleich mitbuchen: Der Hoteltransfer ist viel bequemer als das Prepaidtaxi billiger ist - Die Prepaidpreise am Flughafen sind eindeutig überhöht.“

„The property was in a good location, however it needs to be renovated. I went since I was recommended, otherwise I would have preferred other hotels. The staff were very good- the only plus point of this hotel.“

„The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. “

„Excellent in all respects- I have experience of different premium quality hotels in Dhaka and Platinum Grand was far superior. Staff were courteous and helpful in every respect - quality of hotel decor and fittings was very good. Excellent comfortable room, and food was well produced from varied menu. Rooftop pool was very pleasant and clean. Excellent value for money. “

„Leider konnte keiner sagen was alkolische Getränke kosten bzw. Ob Verfügbar sind. Erfahrungsgemäß Verpflegung kostet viel Geld, buffet mit 2 Cola, 1 Kaffe, ca. 45€. Minibar: Dose Cola, Fanta, Sprite ca. 5€ Snickers ca. 3€ Diverse Nüsse, ca. 5€ Frühstück buffet, fehlte nur Aufschnitt, sonst alles gut. Also einfach teuer. “

„Misleading. Room did not match with online description. Dusty and mosquito ridden. I was going to stay there for 4 nights but checked out right after 1st night. I would not recommend this hotel. “

„Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.“
