We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. This helped a lot, since it was Christmas time and we were already under a lot of stress stuck in Spain. :) When we finally arrived, we could expeirence a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, great pool area and a very nice bar. There we got to eat really well and got some amazing recommendations for local beers & drinks, which we followed till the end of our entire stay in Puerto Rico.

The property is newly renovated and the common areas look beautiful! It has a large parking, great restaurant, a few other eating locations around and a great location - you are at a beach or regional road in no time! You can even see the ocean from the property, as it is located on top of the hill. The late check in was almost like a treasure hunt, so much fun! They sent us an email with instructions where to find which item to check in (map, key etc)...and then tmrw morning we officially checked in with the documents. :) The only thing which can be improved is that in the room 4 at least, the shower is super small and the curtain is too large, so it sticks on you while taking a shower. Anyhow the bathroom is tiny by default (which cant be changed easily), but at least showering experience can be improved. Otherwise great pool, hot tub, atmosphere...
