Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten herrlich kuschelig, da im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen amerikanischen Hotels mit richtigen Daunendecken ausgestattet. Die Lage an der I 75 sehr zentral und auch nicht weit zur "Somerset Mall", allerdings sollte man ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Wir können das Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen !“

„I didn't expect much from a motel off of downtown Detroit, but this motel was very okay for the two nights I was staying there. Carrie, the girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and I never felt unsafe. There were some car alarms going off in the near by parking lot, but oh well, this can happen in every city suburb. The wifi was very good and fast, but you have to pay for it.“

„It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels“

„Arrived after flying for 10 hours to find we could not check in, we were told Hotels.com didn’t release payment to the hotel because of a “faulty virtual card” and that I, the customer, had to call Hotels.com to fix it or I and the other 6 members of my party couldn’t get into our rooms. Turns out, it had nothing to do with me and there was actually nothing I did or could do, and it was a misalignment of backend systems between the hotel and Hotels.com.
