Welcome to Aliénor, a modern and comfortable apartment designed to accommodate up to four people.
The accommodation features a bright living room equipped with a sofa bed (providing two additional sleeping spaces), a TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease; amenities include a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, ensuring a self-sufficient stay.
The separate bedroom includes a double bed and storage space for your personal belongings.
You will also enjoy a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
To ensure a pleasant stay in any season, the apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Located in a residential area of ​​Poitiers, the apartment enjoys a quiet setting while remaining close to the city center. You can easily reach the city's shops, restaurants, and landmarks, such as the Church of Notre-Dame-la-Grande, the historic center, and the banks of the Clain River.
The property also serves as an excellent base for visiting Futuroscope, located just a fifteen-minute drive away.

The Poitiers train station is located approximately 2.5 km from the property and is easily accessible by car, bus, or on foot. It offers quick connections to Paris, Bordeaux, Tours, La Rochelle, Limoges, and Angoulême via TGV and TER lines.
The Vitalis bus network also serves the neighborhood, making it easy to get around the city. Finally, access to major roads allows for quick travel to Futuroscope and the region's main tourist attractions.

For any arrival before 4:00 PM or departure after 10:00 AM, a surcharge of €10 per hour applies, subject to availability.
