„My husband and I loved the cabin. It was very comfy and we appreciated all of the extras provided by the host! The outdoor space was wonderful. We enjoyed the firepit (and S'mores!), the trail to the pond, and wildlife watching. Thanks for the food for humans, deer, and birds - what a bonus :) We also enjoyed all of the Mothman memorabilia as well. I think maybe we spotted Mothman over at the edge of the woods one night at dusk! Thanks for a fantastic stay - we'd love to come back. “

„This is a great value! This home is very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Denise has it stocked with everything you need plus more. It’s private and every time I walked outside I saw a multiple deer. Get that country feel while still being close to everything in the area. I will be staying here again since my job occasionally sends me to the area. I also appreciated the early check-in. Denise was super responsive to my questions and offered lots of incite into places to go in the area.“

„We had an amazing time staying here! It was so secluded—we didn’t see or hear another soul for miles. We spotted so many deer, squirrels, birds, rabbits, and even some curious trash pandas (raccoons) snacking under the bird feeder at night! „We had a great family vacation. The library in this home was a cozy favorite and we enjoyed playing games at the large kitchen table.It is an old house and with it comes some quirks, but overall a wonderful experience. The only piece to be aware of for families is the loud pump that can heard any time water is used. The host was friendly and the check in/out process was the easiest we have ever had with our trips.Looking forward to returning again in future years!“

„We stayed here for a family funeral in Gallipolis and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is clean, well-kept, and overlooks beautiful Raccoon Creek.
