„Our stay at the Relax Shack came during an unexpected heatwave. Having this comfy, spacious two-bedroom house allowed our 21 year old daughter, our dog, and US to spread out and chill out without getting on each others nerves. The house provided everything needed to prepare our meals and the large deck was lovely-when we managed to avoid the heat. „A gem of a find! Everything was as listed. Hot tub was perfect. There was an abundance of board and card games for all ages. Beach backpack chairs were awesome and easy to carry on the short walk to the beach. Loved the proximity to Target. Close to local restaurants. We ordered dinner from Millers and the Kill Devil Grill - both excellent. The N64 was such a nostalgic addition. My daughter loved the snowboarding game! „Perfect place to stay with our dog. There's even a gate separating the living and bedroom areas. Nice neighborhood as well. We were there in January, and many of the houses seemed to be occupied by owners, which probably makes it a quieter neighborhood in the summer as well.“

Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience. “
