Over the years, we have stayed in multiple different houses and while the Lighthouse is not the largest or most luxurious, it was the perfect home for our family. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and a great loft space upstairs which my daughter promptly claimed as her own! „Absolut einzigartige Location, gutes Bett, sauberes und großes Bad. Man ist direkt in der Natur, hört die Wellen, den Wind. Ein einziger Punkt: Man hat sehr, sehr wenig Platz zum Aufbewahren von Dingen. Es wurde an Besteck nur ein Löffel angeboten. Wenigstens ein Regal wäre hilfreich gewesen. „This beautifully-aged classic house must be one of the originals. It has definitely stood the test of time, and has been well-maintained and restored over the years. The view out over the ocean from the open-beamed living room, while enjoying a glass of wine in front of a gently crackling fire, evokes the spirit of the best of Sea Ranch. The house comes very well stocked, especially the kitchen, where a good cook can feel right at home. Truly a delightful place to spend a few relaxing days.“

„The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). „The house and location are excellent, quite comfortable and well equipped with easy acces to wonderful beaches. The house host is EXTREMELY considerate and polite. My ONLY negative, which is no hindrance to a return visit, and accounts for the 4 star rating on "accuracy of online listing" is that the accompanying photograph suggests an on-the-bluff location and view for this "ocean view home". „This was a great place for my wife and I and our two adult children and their spouse/ partner (plus one young grandson) to spend the week. The house was spotless and well laid-out (each couple had their own bathroom). Lovely ocean views from the upstairs living / dining room. We especially liked being only a very short walk from the Del Mar pool and tennis courts. „Ocean knoll is a great destination to enjoy the amazing beauty of the northern Sonoma coast. The location is amazing with incredible views of the wide open ocean. It’s close to the golf course, great hiking trails, the Gualala Point Regional Park and the town of Gualala which has some great restaurants as well as an excellent grocery store. The house is extremely comfortable and very well stocked with just about anything you could need in the kitchen. We look forward to our stay every year.“

„Great Sea Ranch spot. It was the first time we stayed on the east side of Hwy 1. It was nice to switch things up, especially for the view this place has. Luckily there are a couple parking lots close by to get easy access to the Sea Ranch trail. Lovely deck, great layout, the place was very clean, and I would highly recommend it.“

„Seven of us converged for a 50th reunion of our first meeting in college. Urban escape had as good a layout for a larger group like ours as you will find at The Sea Ranch. Everything was ready for us on arrival. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Both hot tubs worked like a charm. Really could not ask for more. This property is managed by V*A*C*A*S*A. They handled all the site logistics and have their own booking service as well.“
