The Space:

You have access to the whole property. The bedrooms/office/laundry room are downstairs, with the living/kitchen/and one bathroom on the main floor. The home is in the mountains and will have snow in the winter. 4 Wheel drive will be needed, though roads are plowed. Maximum 4 guests allowed.



Guest Access:

The exercise room is in a pod outside. It has a 180 degree windows which makes for a really great workout! Please be aware it is not attached to the home. Winter time it may be harder to heat, and you will have to trek through snow. The treadmill is a walking desk and only goes up to 4mph.



The Neighborhood:

Our mountain home is located in a quiet, serene area of Pocatello, perfect for those seeking a getaway. While the property itself offers seclusion and privacy, you're still close enough to enjoy local attractions. The city center, with its shops and restaurants, is about a 15-minute drive away. For your everyday needs, grocery stores and other essential services are also within a short drive. The neighborhood is ideal for those who appreciate the beauty of nature, with opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking.



Other Things to Note:

There is Wifi, but no TV/ electronic entertainment. Absolutely no events/parties allowed. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies. Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. The booking guest will be asked to provide valid government-issued identification at check-in to verify the minimum age requirement. This requirement applies consistently to all reservations.
