„Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. „This property, although spacious, is not really up to modern standards. We checked in several hours after the check in time and found the property was still being cleaned. While I appreciate things can come up, lack of any heads-up from the host was disappointing. The trash bins outside were full from previous guests.
