„This was our second summer staying at Steven’s cottage. Everything was perfect, from check in process to proximity to beach, amenities (grill, pool, comfortable beds and communal space). It is a great location and the beach is lovely, not too crowded and the great for walking. We’re already booked for 2026!“

„Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!“

„This property is a cozy beach cottage located just steps from a beach! The cottage sits behind the owner’s home. The parking area and roads are dirt/ sand. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage uses a padlock and key, so it was left unlocked for us for check-in. The cottage overall was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and had comfortable sitting areas.
