„The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. „I stayed at the cottage for a couples getaway weekend. Greg and Maureen were so kind and welcoming. The cottage was adorable and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better (only 7 minutes from downtown Main St in Hyannis). I highly recommend!“

„The cottage is truly adorable. Comfy, cozy and fully equipped for my stay which was over 30 days. The owners who is the property manager is attentive and wonderful to work with. „Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Backofen, die aber durch unseren Vermieter sehr schnell gelöst wurden. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.“
