It was also nice and quiet, which made for a restful stay. The location was super convenient—close to town, shops, and restaurants, which made everything really easy. Communication with the host was great—quick and responsive.“

„We were here to bike rail trails in the area but the bonus was being on The Common, walking to restaurants after a day of biking and enjoying the history of Salem. The comfort, decor and cleanliness were appreciated as well as all of the instructions before we arrived. Perfect stay!“

„Spur of the moment booking lead us to this wonderful beach house to get away from the craziness of the world…. It could not have been better! Sitting in the chairs facing the ocean with my feet in the sand… perfect…and it was warm and sunny the days we were there. Very dog friendly house and beach! We will definitely be back.“

„The apartment is very comfortable, with nice decor, & good amenities, nice water view. We instantly felt right at home! Plenty of closets/storage/hangers. Very nice linens & towels. Location is great for pleasant walking to most everything. Our hostess, Elizabeth, is very helpful & responsive. Of note for other visitors: major work started on the bridge to the main part of town; so there's good signage for driving detours to get to the apartment. Walking over the bridge is OK, though, & Uber had ...

„The property was spotless and was in a great location. With weather permitting you can walk everywhere. Property management was kind and friendly making sure that we were comfortable with our stay. Would definitely recommend!!! “

„This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “

„The suite is clean, welcoming, and has everything you need. Parking was confusing at first, but we got the hang of it. The owner was very kind and would check in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was perfect for a best friend get-away and a wonderful weekend exploring Salem. Close to everything you would want to see. I would recommend this to anyone going out that way.“

„We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.“

We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space. ...

"Zimmer in US-Standardgröße. Nicht verwohnt. US-Standard Ausstattung im ordentlich gutem Zustand. Hatte eins mit 1xQueenbett. Ist ein richtiges Hotel, kein Motel, also Zimmerzugang innen. Haben meinen Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wegen lauter Außenventilatoren entsprochen, obwohl gut gebucht. Top. Aufzug. Genug Parkplätze. Wurden bei mir nicht extra berechnet. Frühstück über Starbucks muss einzeln bestellt werden. Aber Dunkin'‘Donut ca. 3-5min. zu Fuß oder 1,5min. Mit dem Auto auf dem Weg nach Boston. Liegt direkt an einer Einkaufsmall. Fürs Heimatgefühl gibt es dort auch ein Aldi. Einige Restaurants fußläufig oder in wenigen Autominuten von Fastfood bis Normal. Leider kein Zimmerservice. Findet man leider immer öfter. Ca. 30-40 min oder länger nach Boston Downtown, je nach Verkehr. "

"Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, die Lage zum Städtchen ist gut, man kann wirklich alles gut zu Fuß machen. Das Valet-Parking mussten wir nicht nutzen, da direkt vor dem Hotel ein Parkplatz auf der Straße frei war. Das kostet ungefähr die Hälfte. Was wir nicht gut fanden, ist das Frühstück. Es ist alles in Plastik eingepackt und es gibt Plastik-Einwegbesteck und Pappteller, damit das Hotel Kosten für Spülpersonal spart."
