*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 25, additional guests beyond 25 may be considered however does require prior approval. This is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home does not have a fenced space but does have plenty of room for your pet to run! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

Bedroom two has two double beds and a jack and jill bathroom that leads to the third bedroom which has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, oversized chair! The fourth bedroom features a king size bed, vanity, chest of drawers and a fully remodeled gorgeous bathroom with a standing shower. The bonus sleeping room features two full size beds and shelving. All bedrooms (excludes the bonus sleeping room) have closets, drawers for clothing storage, bedside tables, additional lighting and a Smart TV.

The master bathroom features a stand up shower, luxurious tub and a sauna! There is a jack and jill bathroom and another full bathroom on the second floor and the final full bathroom in the basement of the home. There is one tub in the home while the other bathrooms feature stand up showers. All full bathrooms offer luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

Did we mention there is a private runway? 43MO is a 2480’ paved & lighted runway with tie-downs for your airplane. You can also rent a Ford Bronco through Turo that is stored on the property. That’s right, you can fly right in and enjoy this home or schedule a private helicopter tour or flight to complete your stay.
