„Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience“

„La atención de Armando en lobby fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo otra chica de recepción dio un servicio bastante deficiente. Afortunadamente Armando nos ayudó a resolver el problema y todo fluyó sin contratiempos“

„At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend ...

„The hotel is in good condition. The hotel is in a great location in the art district where you can go outside in the evenings. It is very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and two beds and there is enough space. The only problem is that the rooms have no soundproofing on the outside and it is therefore very noisy due to the street noise.“

„Todo excelente desde la recepción hasta el lugar muy bonito todo, la habitación algo pequeña pero se disfruta mucho dormir en esa cama !!“

„I recently stayed at Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to all the local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.“

„Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und sind von dort gleich auf ein Liveaboard gegangen. Es ist ein liebes, kleines Hotel mit guter Küche.“

„Stayed here as part of a group for a birthday celebration. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view suite. We had some challenges the first day… 1. Bathroom leaked water due to condensation from air system 2. The lights in the room didn’t work and a technician had to come to repair. 3. There was heavy rain and one of the rooms flooded water even though we were on the second floor. Due to the issues, they moved us to a different room. However, no offer was made to address the first day challenges. The ...

„Hyatt Ziva is a bit of a dated property but overall very friendly and attentive staff. The service at all the restaurants and poolside was excellent. The food is average but to be expected for an all inclusive. Very family friendly and lots of pools to choose from. Overall a good stay but rooms and property could be updated given the price point.“

„I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. It doesn’t provide privacy and also, when taking shower, some of the water ends up coming out from the under the door. The receptionist SOPHIA is very pleasant. She deserves compliments“

„The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The ...

„It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.“

„Alles bestens “

„Tolle Wohnung, herzliches Umfeld. Allgemeine Küche. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank. Sollten wir wieder in San José sein kommen wir wieder.“
