This property features four beautifully decorated bedrooms in the main house. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom in the casita, which has it's en-suite bathroom, providing extra privacy and convenience.

Please note that from October 20th to February 15th, beach access is restricted from sunset to sunrise to protect nesting turtles. During this time, you have a unique opportunity to rise early and observe the fascinating turtle tracks left on the beach from the night before.

The Neighborhood:

Playa Grande is a beautiful beach in Costa Rica, situated in the canton of Santa Cruz within the province of Guanacaste. It lies within the Las Baulas National Marine Park, a vital conservation area for the leatherback turtle, and is renowned as one of the best surfing spots in the country.

In the walkable area of town, you'll find a selection of charming, locally-run restaurants. For instance, Victor and Dawn’s Cafe Mar Azul is a popular spot, offering a delicious menu and a perfect setting for enjoying a drink and appetizer as you watch another stunning sunset on the beach.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
