Mein Penthouse befindet sich in Playacar Phase I, dem PREMIER-Standort in ganz Playa del Carmen, da es sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit geringer Dichte und privaten, millionenschweren Anwesen befindet. Von unserem Komplex sind es 12 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Geschäften / Restaurants / Bars in der 5th Avenue und zum Fähranleger.

Mein Penthouse hat eine Aussicht von einer Million Dollar und Sie können einen Stein vom Balkon ins Meer werfen! Diese Wohnung und Anlage befindet sich direkt am Strand. Sie mieten nicht nur von einem Eigentümer, sondern einem lizenzierten Reisebüro!

Wenn Sie die Idee eines kleinen Strandresorts haben, wird Sie ein kurzer Spaziergang (10 Minuten) am Strand in die Stadt, um ein neues Restaurant zu probieren, und ein privater Fahrer am Flughafen von Cancún mit einem eisigen kalten Bier, das auf Sie wartet, ansprechen (anstatt Sie anzusprechen) Ein großes All-Inclusive-Resort mit vielen Buffet-Linien. Fischerdorf in der privaten Wohnanlage von Playacar, direkt neben der Stadt Playa del Carmen. Es ist perfekt für zwei Paare mit einem King und einem Split-King im 2. Schlafzimmer ODER einer Familie, da der Split-King auch zwei Einzelbetten sein kann.

Das Fisherman's Village ist eine luxuriöse Wohnanlage am Strand mit nur 55 Wohneinheiten in der ruhigen Küstengemeinde Playacar, nur 10 Gehminuten von Playa del Carmen entfernt. Fisherman's Village ist bekannt als der schönste Resort / Condo-Komplex auf der gesamten Halbinsel Yucatan. Er zeichnet sich durch Eleganz, guten Service und resortähnliche Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Restaurant mit umfassendem Service, Zimmerservice, eine Poolbar im Pool sowie einen großen Pool aus Kinderbecken, Wassersport, Whirlpools für den Komplex, klimatisiertes Fitnessstudio, Wellnessangebote wie Massagen, Gesichtsbehandlungen, Pediküre und Maniküre.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über Travertinböden, Arbeitsplatten aus Marmor, eine zentrale Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren im gesamten Gebäude. Nehmen Sie nicht nur mein Wort, sondern lesen Sie unten meine früheren Gästebewertungen!

Meine Einheit in Fisherman's Village ist mit handgeschnitzten mexikanischen Möbeln, Gemälden lokaler Handwerker und weicher Baumwollwäsche mit einer Fadenzahl von 300 ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit neuen Pillowtop-Matratzen ausgestattet.

Das gesamte Obergeschoss ist die Master Suite mit riesigen Panoramafenstern zum Meer. Die untere Etage verfügt über ein 2. Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche, einen Wohn-, einen WC- und einen Essbereich sowie einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool, den Strand und das Meer. Nachts können Sie auf einem der Balkone der Einheit stehen und die funkelnden Lichter von Cozumel in der Karibik sehen.

Ein NEUES Feature von Fisherman's Village ist ein optionaler Speiseplan. Dies ist Ihre Option, die Sie entscheiden können, nachdem Sie im Komplex angekommen sind und an einem Tag verwendet wurden, aber nicht am nächsten, wenn Sie möchten. Dies beinhaltet zwei Mahlzeiten und unbegrenzte Getränke inklusive Cocktails den ganzen Tag und die Nacht! Playa Del Carmen liegt nur 40 Minuten südlich von Cancún und bietet den gleichen weißen Sand und das gleiche türkisfarbene Wasser, großartige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ohne Massen von wilden Spring Break-Partys und hoch aufragenden Hotels. In der Tat hat Playa eine Beschränkung der Gebäudehöhe auf maximal 3 Stockwerke!

Das Fisherman's Village liegt nur 10 Gehminuten über ruhige Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen oder den Strand von Playa del Carmen entfernt. Ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt befinden sich der 18-Loch-Golfplatz, Tennisplätze, die örtliche Voliere und die Fähre, die Sie nach Cozumel bringt. Die meisten Gäste mieten während ihres Aufenthalts kein Auto, außer an Tagen, an denen sie andere Gebiete in Yucatan erkunden möchten. Wenn Sie in Playa del Carmen am Strand faulenzen, einkaufen und essen gehen möchten, nehmen Sie vielleicht eines Tages die Fähre nach Cozumel - vielleicht möchten Sie nicht die ganze Zeit ein Auto. Wir können einen zuverlässigen Flughafentransfer von und nach Cancun International zum Fisherman's Village empfehlen.

Had the best time. Property Manager and Owner were so easy to get in contact with to answer any questions. Hotel staff was very friendly. Condo was clean and had great internet access. Easy check in and out with hotel staff. Beach was great and close to town.

Dream Spring Break Trip

Pamela and Gabriel were awesome! Suite was just as advertised. Cannot even begin to describe the view in a way that would do it justice. Hearing the waves from the suite was so relaxing. Beach and pool were both fantastic and not at all crowded. No issue getting chairs. We had a great time exploring the city. Will most certainly be back some day!

Excellent Property for a Wonderful Family Vacation!

I highly recommend this property. There are steps to take to get up to your specific condo, but they are very manageable and the walk to the beach is quite short. You can take a road despite being a gated property to downtown, which is about 1 mile away so it’s quite enjoyable in the morning and there’s many places to get coffee if you want an iced latte, etc. The staff was very kind and the Caesar salad at the restaurant was delicious. There are umbrellas, but wear a lot of sunscreen because they don’t block the sun completely. That would be my only complaint. The pool is nicely sized for the size of property and the Jacuzzi‘s great. I really enjoyed the property size as you never felt overwhelmed with people. We definitely will be back and Pamela, the condo‘s owner, was fantastic with communication, tips, and advice to make everything go smoothly. This is the best VRBO experience I have had and I have rented from many. Finally, the view from the condo was incredible.

Fabulous - I highly recommend.

The entire experience was wonderful. The condo, pool and resort is kept immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and provide impeccable service with great tasting food. The views are just as incredible as shown, which is great if you get a rainy afternoon. I loved just sitting and staring at the Palm trees swaying, turquoise water and ever changing clouds. The beds are very comfortable, great kitchen.We enjoyed the walk into town along the lush boulevard with Mayan ruins and beautiful homes. We felt safe at all times. The massage at the spa, oh yes.We used the recommended driver from the airport and he was great, he took us to the grocery store, then the condo manager took us for a second trip for a small fee and helped us maneuver. We had a heavy rainstorm one night, and noticed a water leak. The condo manager had the roof inspected and repaired within hours of our contacting him. I highly recommend this place.

Out of the way, quiet slide of paradise.

This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property. It is a hidden oasis. There are two restaurants on the property. The main restaurant off the lobby is open for breakfast (until 11!) and dinner, and a poolside, ocean front bar serves in between. Both are absolutely excellent! Far better than we anticipated. The breakfast buffet is incredible. Dinner menus change nightly. We tried it all, including short ribs, fresh lobster grilled tableside, a variety of fresh fish, and so much more. Even our kids loved it! There is no store on property, so for any supplies (coffee, snacks) you have to walk to town, which is about a 10 minute walk through a quiet, luxury neighborhood. Look for the OXXO store and an upscale mall. My one complaint is that the onsite VRBO property manager was MIA. he is slow to respond via WhatsApp and never showed up on property, despite many promises. Make sure you request a water refill, housekeeping, and extra blankets at the beginning of your visit.

Beautiful Condo

Wow! Staying at this beachfront condo was an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up every day to the sound of waves crashing and the sun rising over the ocean. The condo was impeccably clean and beautiful decorated. The host, Pamela, was incredible attentive, as well as Gabriel , the property manager, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. If you are looking for a slice of paradise, this is it. We can't wait to return and enjoy this little piece of heaven again.

This property was exactly as described. It was phenomenal waking up every morning to the ocean views and having the convenience of the the adjoining hotel if we needed it. The propery manager, Gabe, was also so helpful in assisting us in our travel plans around the area. My kids and I had a great time.

I recently stayed at this stunning beach condo, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the breathtaking ocean views and the calming sound of the waves. The condo itself was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cozy and inviting, with large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were serene and comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the private balcony, where I spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset. The beach was just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. Additionally, the condo complex offered excellent amenities, including a sparkling pools and large jacuzzi. The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The owners were attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was seamless from start to finish. The property manager Gabe was friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating as well. Overall, this beach condo exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return !

Property was exactly as advertised. Great communication with the owner and with the onsite property manager made the process seamless. The condo is located in a quaint resort with nice restaurant and amenities. All in all a great accommodation and a wonderful week.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Lovely location in a peaceful and secure neighborhood. The space was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely fantastic and just a pleasure to be around. Pamela has really thought of everything from the taxi service from the airport to include a stop at the grocery store to the included bottled water delivered right to the condo as needed. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. This place is a gem and we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Condo-Highly recommend!

This condo is exactly as shown and described, a beautiful, modern and updated space and very comfortable. Pamela is a fantastic hostess--so responsive and we greatly appreciated all her help in planning our trip as we were not familiar with the area. Her manager and cleaner were awesome. We paid for the mid-week clean and it was so worth it--Gabby did such a good job, down to folding our clothes and organizing our charging cords! We hired Gabriel to take us on an excursion and were delighted to find he was an Omaha boy like us--the trip was great and cost significantly less than if we had booked it online. He took us to a little-known cenote which we basically had to ourselves and to swim with turtles in Akumal (that part I would skip in the future--pricey, we only saw 2 turtles and I got very sea sick). At the end of the trip he introduced us to birria at a little hole in the wall local place that he loved and was SO good--we would have never found or thought to try that on our own. He also responded promptly to any texts/questions we had. We walked over to 5th Ave most days and tried several restaurants on Pamela's list--they were all great. The only one we didn't like was the resort restaurant--just not our style. The snack bar was great-wish it was open for dinner. Highly recommend this VRBO! Taxis are more expensive that expected (start at $25 US for a short ride for 5 people) so if you are comfortable, rent a car to save $.

Great time in Playa Del Carmen

We enjoyed the ocean front condo and are hoping to come back soon. The master bedroom is spacious and is upstairs. Our daughter had a spacious bedroom on the main level. Gabe was the property manager and helped us with water and excursions. There were 2.5 bathrooms which was nice as well. The resort is not crowded at all, as resorts down the beach were packed. Beach chairs were super comfy and we had lunch everyday at El Pescador, the beach side restaurant. We ate at restaurants that were recommended and they were all fantastic. No complaints! The only thing that needed attention were the windows overlooking the beach. They really could use a cleaning. Other than that, we loved the Fisherman’s resort and totally felt safe the whole time as it is a gated community.

Great Condo, Great Trip!

First of all the condo was clean, comfortable, and OMG the veiws of the ocean and pool area were fantastic! I've been to this resort before and always am impressed by the staff and the prperty as a whole. The pool, swim up bar, comfy lounge chairs make for a really nice way to spend the day! Fishermans also has Kayaks, bikes, volleyball, and classes available for free. The beachside restaurant is a great, convenient place to get a cold drink and great food that doesn't cost much at all. If all the tranquility is too much to take, the craziness and fun of 5th Avenue is a short 10-15 minute walk through a beautiful tree lined neighborhood. Finally the condo owner Pamela was super nice and had answers for all my questions with very useful recommendations. I'll definately be back!

Pamela the just was perfect. always available and extremely accommodating. her place at fisherman's was perfect for 4(2 couples) fantastic view from the balcony and everything one might need for their stay. twin was an easy walk the condo was in a quiet place with access to more noise if you felt the need. the staff were very friendly and Gabriel ( Pamela's on-site help) went above and beyond to help spoil us. all in all 6 out of 5 stars!

Perfect Vacation!

Absolutely love this property! The ocean is gorgeous, the walk to town is through a beautiful neighborhood, the property has great amenities, and quiet at night. The condo unit had everything we needed, the water service was very convenient. Wonderful trip. Hope to visit again!

Everything was good. Disappointed they told us Hobie cat couldn’t be used. That was one of main reasons I chose this property. Food and drinks were very high and maid service more tha advertised on VRBO.

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela’s. From before we even booked she was very helpful and responsive. A very clean quiet beach is just the past very well kept pools. The property staff and condo manager were warm and accommodating. If you like the idea of having your own kitchen and living space and two separate bedrooms, this is a great alternative to a hotel room! And the sunrise from the balcony or beach is well worth getting up for.

Penthouse with a view

Two level condo was roomy and kitchen had a few pans. Property manager helped with our broken water pump. The unit could use a spruce. as some of the lamps had duck tape on them and we were afraid to use them. 10 year old magazines in draw and incomplete games. The complex was nice and staff helpful. There was a seweed issue called sarcasm on the beach so it smelled of sulfur. We are at the restaurant once and it was good.

This is a nice property with good restaurants and amazing staff. Penthouse was big and clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. Lots of room for us 5 family members. Kitchen has everything you need. No elevator but once up the stairs its worth the views! Marcello always helped with luggage and taxis. Jesus and Emilia were good fun ambassadors with fun activities to do while in the pool or beach. Miguel was a great transport to and from the condo and even stopped at walmart for us to pick up groceries for the condo. Owner is nice and responsive. Property manager is kind also. Highly recommended for a private stay at PDC. Beach is beautiful!!!
