The Space:
This ground-floor condo at Mareazul is your peaceful escape in a secure beachfront resort. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the space opens onto a private covered patio with a spa tub, sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a personal wading pool perfect for cooling off anytime.
Inside, the open-plan living area features two large sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day by the beach or pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen island with a stove, and a round dining table that seats six.
Both bedrooms include two queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, with one offering direct patio access. A third full bathroom is located near the laundry area for added convenience.

Located inside the gated Corasol community, this condo sits within Mareazul Beach Resort—an ideal blend of privacy and convenience. Just a 5–10 minute taxi ride brings you to Playa del Carmen’s famous 5th Avenue, where you'll find a vibrant mix of restaurants, rooftop bars, live music, cafes, boutiques, and nightlife.
This area is a favorite for both adventure-seekers and those looking to relax. Spend your days snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboarding, or lounging at beach clubs. Take a ferry to Cozumel, explore eco-parks with underground rivers, or visit ancient Mayan ruins and refreshing cenotes. Day trips to Tulum or Cancun are easy and popular.

Getting Around:
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about 33 miles away. Driving time varies based on traffic. A car is required to reach the property and get around easily. Free parking is available onsite, and free street parking nearby. Taxis and colectivos are accessible just outside the resort, but limited.

Important Notice: Restoration works are underway on the paddle and tennis courts at Mareazul, which will remain closed on the scheduled dates through October 25, weather permitting.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless with prior authorization if service pets. A pet fee applies.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using door codes. However, first you must stop at two gates to show your ID and give the security guard the address. There is one guarded gate upon entry to Corasol community and another upon entry to Mareazul. The doors to the building and to the condo have keyless entry with digital codes. These access codes will be sent to you before arrival.
