-CUSTOMIZABLE RATE-

The base advertised rate includes up to 4 guests and the use of 2 bedrooms. Additional bedrooms have a cost of $200 USD per night, per bedroom plus taxes, up to a maximum of 8 guests.

For additional guests, from guest 8 to 10 there is a charge of $65 USD per person, per night plus taxes (subject to review for comfort and service quality reasons).

-Additional Guests-

The standard rate covers up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms), with a suggested maximum capacity of 8 guests to maintain comfort and quality. If you plan to have more than 8 guests, please inform us in advance so we can adjust the reservation quote accordingly.

-Registered Guests-

Please note that only guests registered prior to arrival will be allowed access to the villa. Kindly share the full list of guest names with your concierge before check-in. Thank you!

-Visitors-

Visitors who are not registered as guests are welcome only with prior authorization, and an additional daily fee per person may apply.

-Security Deposit-

A refundable security deposit of $1,500 USD is required at check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition.

-Outside Staff-

For security and quality reasons, outside staff are not permitted. Our concierge team can recommend trusted service providers to ensure a seamless experience, or we can review special requests, which may involve additional fees.

-Quiet Hours-

Events, loud music, and speakers are not permitted after 10:30 PM, as the villa is located within an exclusive residential community. We aim to respect our neighbors and avoid complaints or possible fines from the community administration. Thank you for your understanding.

-Natural Disasters-

This beautiful region experiences tropical weather conditions, including strong storms or hurricanes during certain times of the year (generally between August and November). Since these natural events cannot be predicted and are beyond anyone’s control, we recommend staying informed through official weather sources.

If such conditions occur during your visit, for the safety of both guests and staff, it may be necessary to review or reschedule your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

-Sargassum-

Our property is located less than 50 meters from the beach. During certain times of the year, sargassum seaweed may arrive without prior notice, which is beyond our control. Although the beach is cleaned regularly with great effort, it is not possible to predict when or how much may appear. Thank you for your understanding.
