- Kitchen and Dining: A fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals; the breakfast bar seats up to 3 and the dining table seats up to 2 for a cozy meal.

- Living Room: A comfortable couch and a TV to relax after a long day, with ceiling fan and air conditioning, plus a door with direct access to the patio. A double sofa bed adds extra sleeping space.

- Patio/Terrace: Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from your private terrace.

- Shared Rooftop: Relax on the shared rooftop with city views, perfect for sunsets and stargazing.



In this peaceful, family-friendly retreat we prioritize the tranquility of all guests. To keep a relaxing environment, parties and loud noise or music are not permitted at night. Thank you for your cooperation.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is in one of Playa del Carmen’s most sought-after spots—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and steps from the famous 5th Avenue.



You’ll be surrounded by vibrant restaurants, cute cafés, trendy shops, and local markets, all within walking distance. It’s the perfect blend of beachy vibes and urban convenience—ideal for soaking up everything Playa has to offer!



Getting Around:

Getting around Playa del Carmen is easy! The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation options.



You can find local buses that run along the main avenues, offering an affordable way to explore the city and reach the ADO bus terminal.



Taxis are readily available as well. For those driving, paid parking is available nearby.



The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 50-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

We have 2 friendly dogs that live in the property, Pele and Chocolate will be more than happy to greet you upon your arrival!



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
