„Beautiful, beautiful, clean and cosy house to stay in. Very quiet both day and night. Lots of very interesting sites to visit. Our host and the locals were very friendly and polite towards us. Having good transport and grocery stores nearby was a bonus. Very happy!“

„I didn’t realize the booking included two meals, and was only able to inform the check in staff that we had two vegetarians in our group. The kitchen was most helpful to prepare very delicious vegetarian meals last minute and we were all very happy! The hot spring was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable with amazing views! I would have given it 6 starts if it was possible. “

„The staff was exceptional, tidy, and friendly. The hotel is easily accessible when you come by train, and Himeji Castle is a 15-minute walk. I would advise you to visit the castle also by night because, with the light, it does look really cool even though you can’t go inside. “

„Pros: - close to main station - friendly and helpful staff - all necessities available in the room Cons: Unfortunately the room temperature was much too high due to the sun during the day. Unfortunately, the temperature could not be lowered since the ventilation had already been switched into winter mode. If a cool room would be available, this is not an issue.“

„Das Hotel liegt nur wenige hundert Meter sowohl vom JR-Bahnhof, als auch vom San-yo Bahnhof, entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer groß und das Frühstück lecker. Die Burg ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Restaurants und Geschäfte in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar.“
