The Space:
Pnoe Etheras Villa is located in the coastal area of Tavronitis and offers all modern amenities to meet your needs to the fullest. It is an ideal choice for families, groups, and anyone looking for high-quality facilities for their holidays. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people in 350 sqm, spread over 3 levels. The exterior offers a lush green landscape with sea views. It features a 76 sqm heated swimming pool, allowing young guests to swim safely. In the pool area, you will find sunbeds, pool umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a WC. Additionally, there is a BBQ area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 people.
On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is designed to be fully functional and practical, especially for guests who enjoy cooking. The open-plan space creates the ideal environment for happy moments with your loved ones.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, double bed, and an armchair-sofa, offering a view of the garden. Downstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms, which are on the same level as the street. One bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds that can be joined. All three bedrooms have a 43-inch TV. All bedrooms also offer air conditioning, a fan, blackout curtains, and a dressing table that can be used as an office.
The villa also features a fitness treadmill, rowing machine, exercise mat, and a dumbbell base in the basement. Finally, there is a sauna with a hydro-massage, along with a small shower and bathroom.

Guest Access:
** The use of the pool is free of charge. If you wish to use the heated pool service, it is available for an additional cost per day. The pool temperature can increase by up to 4°C above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. Continuous use is required for the heated pool without interruptions.

The Neighborhood:
Our brand new villas located in the charming Tavronitis area of Chania which are very close to the clear waters of the sea, providing you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy unforgettable moments by the beach. Furthermore, they are located near Kastelli, only 3.9 km away, which offers visitors beautiful beaches, restaurants and cafes. We also highly recommend visiting the stunningly colored waters of Balos Beach, which is approximately 24 km from our villas, Elafonisi Beach, which is approximately 58 km and Falasarna Beach , which is 27 km from our villas. The area of Platanias is 12 km with plenty things to see and do. Additionally, the junction of the national road is only 2.5 km from our villas, providing easy access to the main road of Chania making it easier for you to get to the places you want to visit. Lastly, we recommend visiting the beautiful city of Chania, only 21km away,which boasts a picturesque harbor and plenty of historical and cultural sites to explore.
Getting Around:
While we do offer the option to arrange airport transfers for our guests at an additional cost, we highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy your holiday. Having a car allows you the freedom to explore the local area and nearby attractions at your own pace, and experience everything our destination has to offer.

Take advantage of our heated pool option for an additional fee of €70 per day. The pool temperature can increase up to 5 degrees above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. To ensure your desired level of comfort, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating. Once activated, the continuous use of the heated pool guarantees an optimal experience for your enjoyment.

Every three days change of linen and towels.
