Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.

1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing' and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Pets are not permitted, per building policy. Any pet being "snuck" into the apartment undisclosed will result in a minimum $300 fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.

7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.

8. Please return the parking pass upon check-out. Failure to return the pass will result in a $100 replacement fee, due to the last minute dash for a new pass for our next guest.

9. The garage has a max vehicle height of 6'0" (for reference, a Jeep Wrangler is 6'1") If Guest arrives and vehicle does not fit, Guest is responsible for finding alternative parking at their cost.

10. Finally - this is not a hotel. Residents live here, too, and we expect you to live peacefully with neighbors. We aren't strict and want you to enjoy your time with us - just be respectful! This is a community of great people - let's keep it that way!

Property was just as advertised in a nice, friendly condo building. Easy drive in and out of property. Parking garage was super convenient and easy. Quiet and comfortable. Had an issue with door code upon our arrival. Was able to find a phone number and got it resolved quickly so that we could enter unit. My only complaint was with the cook wear…definitely needs to be replaced. All in all….definitely recommend.

17th Wedding Anniversary Trip

The apt was amazing!! The host was great with communication from the time I booked until the day I checked out. The apt was also decorated per our request and it was BEAUTIFUL!! The check in/out process was simple and easy. The location was nice and the amenities were also great. My only suggestion is to have the carpet cleaned in the bedroom and better towels and washcloths. I brought my own so it wasn’t a big issue. I will definitely be staying here again. Chad you were great and if you have any other properties in any other cities please let me know. Thank you for making my anniversary so wonderful!!!

Perfect Location!

We were in town for a couple days for the Aerosmith concert, and wanted to stay close to the stadium. Plus have the ability to walk to shops, food and/or possibly drinks. This was the the perfect spot! Clean, easy to locate, and right across the street from PPG. Check-in/out was easy, we loved the keyless entry, and appreciated the free parking pass as well. The owners were nice, responsive and provided all info necessary for the stay.

Chad from Hostwise was very attentive and responded very quickly to every question I had. the place was very clean, well stocked, and all amenities as described. The apartment was comfortable. The bed was also quite comfortable (although I found the pillows too stiff and thick, but that's a preference). It's a bit of a process to get to and from the garage, but once you figure it out, it's fine. I wish there were more restaurants close by. The location would be great if you're wanting to be downtown or going to a game, but I was doing a class at the Phipps and getting around wasn't particularly easy. I ended up not going out because the places I wanted to go were 25 minutes away...Outside of that, everything was great. The door lock, app and responsiveness of Chad made things pretty easy overall.

Spectacular EVERYTHING!

I cannot say enough positive things about the host or this stunning place! communicative, attentive, to say the apt is clean and tidy would be an understatement, the attention to detail was almost overwhelming! Incredible location downtown

Great place downtown with a view - you can walk to all three stadiums, museums and Market Square (the longest walk being 30 min). The place is just off 5th street which is populated even at night. Free parking was great! Chad was very responsive with any questions we had. We had a great time and will stay here again next time we go to Pittsburgh!

Communication with the owner was amazing, he responded immediately. Accommodation nice and clean and close to Downtown, everything within walking distance. The only negative was that you could see the washer and dryer in the pictures, these in my case were locked and inaccessible in the bathroom closet.
