„It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay.“

„Fantastic winter break. Fire for the parents whilst drinking wine and doing a jigsaw and the kids watched some Netflix or did drawing, all between some nice walks and adventures out and about. Lovely garden, if a bit cold and wet to truely enjoy. Forrest also looks like a nice place to bring a mountain bike (when less wet or cold). Wish I had the skills to enjoy the resident piano.Hosts provided excellent communication and a lovely well appointed house.“

„We enjoyed a long weekend Winter getaway in this cosy property. We started our days with eggs and fresh bread baked by our friendly host. While the weather was chilly and wet, we loved watching the rain moving across the landscape from behind the huge picture windows, and then wandering in the gardens between rain showers. „A beautiful country cottage with everything you need. Very homely and comfortable. Whilst it was isolated, it was 20 mins to Forrest (brewery) Gellibrand (brewery), and not from from beautiful locations including Elizabeth lake, amazing walks and waterfalls. lots of animals including cows (but far enough to not be noisy). Great mountain biking too. Highly recommend.“
