Just a few steps from Lérat beach, in the charming town of Piriac-sur-Mer, we have found a large house ideal for a family holiday.
Designed to accommodate 10 people, everyone, young and old, will surely find the room that suits them.
The ground floor welcomes you into a large, bright living space, with its large bay windows and windows overlooking the garden and terrace.
You will find a cosy and warm living room around a wood stove, followed by the dining room, where you can gather for good meals.
The brand new and fully equipped kitchen has many appliances: a refrigerator, oven, microwave and ceramic hob for cooking delicious dishes. A dishwasher is also present to make your life easier. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster, a Krups capsule coffee maker and a French press will help you start the day well. In the back kitchen, you will find a freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The ground floor includes a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a private shower room. A separate toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, the mezzanine invites you to relax on a large corner sofa for reading, playing or watching TV breaks.
Two adult bedrooms each offer a double bed. For the children, a first room with two boat cabin beds invites the young sailors on board. In the second, they will take up quarters in a bunk bed. Each of these two rooms offers a nice space to play.
Need to spend some time working remotely? You will find a desk on the mezzanine.
Finally, the bathroom with bathtub and toilet completes this level.
In the garden, a large 80 m² terrace, partly covered, offers a dining area and a lounge area for relaxation.
