„This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. The owner is really nice and made himself available in case we had any issues checking ...

„10 out of 10 stars! Noelani (host) was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was fantastic, pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were so thick and soft! She thought of everything to make a vacation feel like home away from home. “

„We had a large group and found the house and amenities to be first rate. We had great sleeping arrangements with beautiful views on the lake. The game room was fun but the outside area was the best. “

„I’m one to fluff feathers and give 5 star ratings for no reason but oh…my golly. This place was hands down, the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s 16 acre wooded lot,private lake view with multiple decks. A tree swing hung off a hill. “

„The property is nice, clean and well-maintained. The bunk beds are small, more for children. There are two “family rooms” which can be nice to spread out. There are also two eating areas in kitchen and dining room. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The king room had a very nice en-suite bathroom. One concern I had was that there really wasn’t a third bathroom; there was toilet and sink in the laundry area which was adjacent to the second seating area and full and bunks bedrooms. ...

„Very enjoyable, quiet and relaxing stay. Sam and Lize are great hosts who made us feel right at home. This location is fairly remote with stores or restaurants 20 to 30 mins away so just bring what you need. We even had some luck fishing from the boathouse on a rainy day and caught several nice crappie.“

„The house is as listed. Nothing remarkable. Clean enough. Beds comfy enough property alright. Not sure about the neighborhood. Appears to be a little sketchy. No issues w the stay. Communication was fine. Overall just alright. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. Probably would not stay here again though. “

„This is the cutest little cabin in the woods, it’s peaceful and so tranquil. The owners were so sweet and accommodating, she checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and it was all to our liking, which it absolutely was! It was such a great time, we can’t wait to go back and do some more Texas Fishing!! :) “

„We stayed in early April with our adult children and elderly parents. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the outdoor seating was plentiful and was a favorite place to be if we were not in the water. Beds are comfortable, host is so thoughtful and kind, and the house was a perfect set up for our group. We would absolutely stay here again.“

„This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay. “
