„The room was newly updated and was excellent. Very nice lay out with lots of room. Fantastic restroom and walk in shower. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous and easy on the eyes. The updates were happening so there was some construction equipment outside but was clean and properly stowed. We were their Memorial weekend so no workers present. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed. “

„Super Hotel mit eigenem Restaurantbereich. Das Hotem ist neu gebaut und hat mir super gefallen. In meinem Zimmer gab es noch keine Macken und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Einzig die Extrakosten von 12$ pro Tag für ein Frühstück ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Dafür ist das Frühstück aber sehr gut, für amerikanische Verhältnisse.“

„We have stayed here many times. You can see some signs neglect in the appearance. We experienced an issue with little to no hot water. Asked the front desk about a small issue and was met with a shoulder shrug! Kinda like I just don’t care! “

„Stayed 3 nights. All nights no wi-fi (was included). First night no TV (poor reception anyway). 2 nights no coffee-maker (they couldn't find one that works). Always put off. Nothing happened. No manager on duty all days. Sent an email for a compensation. No reply. It seems that they only administrate this hotel (confirmed by a hotel employee). It's a pity as overall it's not a bad hotel. I have chosen it several times a year but never again.“

„Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer. Welches etwas dunkel war und die Klimaanlage hatte zu kämpfen. Das Zimmer war sauber, auch wenn am ersten Tag kein Zimmerservice kam. Von Downtown Houston ein ganzes Stück weg. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.“
