„Great stay quiet area.“

„We had a great time with our family here while in town for a wedding.“

„No frills here but everything ran smoothly as expected during our stay.“

„Wonderful for a couple with small children. Very cute setup in the children's room. Very relaxing to sit on the porch and watch as the deer ran through. Got to see two does with their two fans. Very convenient to get anywhere you want to go in the area.“

„Surprised by how clean everything felt given the rates offered here, perfect rest stop in Groesbeck!“

„Peaceful and quiet little weekend getaway! Close to shopping and restaurants!“

„Perfect spot for us to stay while attending a wedding at the Arrowhead. Forgot our shampoo and conditioner and our host had stuff for guests to use. Would recommend and stay again!“

The place was dirty with mold growing in the tub, it was listed as a kitchen but had no utensils or dishes and the fridge did not cool properly, There were no styrofoam coffee cups for coffee and it took until almost 9AM to get some as we were to wait until the maid arrived for her shift. „We had such a great stay at Blue Jay cottage, it was the perfect little get away for my husband and I to unwind and connect!“

„Very comfy and clean! Beautiful setting!“

„Exactly as needed, a nice calm quiet place right by the water at a low cost. Checked all my boxes.“
