„Upon check-in, the desk clerk was friendly and visible. In the morning, however, breakfast was not what I expected for the charge since it was pretty much the same thing I could get at the Holiday Inn for free, and it ended at 930? People expect breakfast to go until at least 10- 1030 am. I did not receive an express check-out and the desk clerk was absent due to a restroom / break time. There should always be at least 2 people at the desk to accommodate those that are checking in and out. ...
