Gorgeous Cabin Retreat with AC and Hot Tub in the Pinetop Country Club

Spectacular cabin nestled in the Pines in Pinetop Country Club with AC!! This spacious cabin retreat is tucked away in the serene Ponderosa Pines on a large wooded lot with a huge back deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the picturesque White Mountains. Pet friendly so bring your 4-legged friends. The back yard completely fenced for pups. Cabin features 4 bedrooms for sleeping 10 in beds with an additional pullout sofa for 2 more and 3 full baths. Plenty of parking and the cabin has central air conditioning!!! The cabin features a hot tub off of the downstairs family room. Great location in the heart of Pinetop and close to public golf course and horseback riding! Just 25 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

The beautifully decorated cabin is completely furnished with a large open concept family/dining/ kitchen area with gas burning fireplace to gather around on those cold winter nights! The family room with floor to ceiling windows walks out to the deck with amazing views of the forest. The master features a king bed with attached master full bath en suite with gorgeous walk-in in shower. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with full bath next to it with a walk-in shower. The 3rd sleeping space is downstairs with a queen bed. The 4th bedroom is downstairs with 2 single bunk beds. 3rd bath is downstairs with shower/tub combo. The downstairs also has a living area with TV that walks out to the back yard and hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area with seating for 10. This cozy cabin is the perfect retreat to come up and relax in the cool woods!!!

Come escape from the hectic city/work life... slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and friendly small town atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie.

The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character!!

My husband and I rented this house for just the two of us and our dog. The listing is very accurate, so we got exactly what we expected. The neighborhood is quietly welcoming and safe - great for my morning runs and walking the dog. We appreciated the abundance of kitchen tools and fridge space. The TV options are great too. Lisa is very responsive and helpful. We loved spending our 10-year anniversary here and would book again.

40th Birthday Party

Great house for a group to get together. The views and upstairs gathering area were amazing. Hot tub was not ready but we had someone in our group who knew how to get it up and it was working fine. Host was simple to communicate with. Love the area gor a ski trip or summer getaway.

Beautiful Retreat!

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Pinetop cabin retreat. There are only 4 of us but we enjoy all the space. It easily accommodates 3x that. Our 2 dogs also loved going back. The yard is fenced and they go out and play in the snow. The cabin is well appointed unlike other properties we have stayed at. Also, I reached out to the property manager on several occasions and she responded immediately. Excellent customer service. We will continue to make it an annual trip!

THE Best Cabin!!!

After several years staying at several cabins trying to find my “second home”, I FINALLY have found it. The location, the neighborhood, the amenities, the cabin itself, EVERYTHING! Amazing cabin

I will highly recommend this cabin especially for large families. It has all the comforts of home and luxuries as well. The cabin was clean, located in a beautiful community and our family had a blast! The property manager, Lisa is by far the best PM in Pinetop! She is attentive and made sure our stay was memorable! We will definitely book with Lisa and this cabin in the future. My only complaint was there was no snow and that was on mother nature. It was very cold so it still gave mountain vibes and we still had a blast! Thank you Lisa!

Unfortunately, we felt the property was dirty. The bedding was old, mold in the showers, filthy windows, air filter and dusty. All you could smell was the gas from the fireplace and the hot tub had too many chemicals and didn't get hot enough. On a positive note, the property is located in a lovely area and the space was perfect for our family.

Needs repairs

The house was a great size for my family. Many things were not working or broken. It had all the kitchen items for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. The house was in need of paint and minor repairs. We were very disappointed that the fireplace was not usable. And when we arrived at night no one had turned on the heat and it was very uncomfortable.

Awesome weekend with friends

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was very spacious and comfortable, and the online listing matched our expectations perfectly. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic—close enough to stores and points of interest for convenience, but tucked away in the mountains for a peaceful, wooded experience. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness. We noticed some dishes needed rinsing before use due to being dirty or dusty, and there were a few cobwebs around. Understandably, this can happen with a cabin in the woods, but it’s worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would definitely rent this cabin again!

Could Have Been Better

In a word, this property was underwhelming. While the floor plan, especially the main living area, was great, the overall feeling was that the house needs some TLC. The appliances, carpets, etc. are simply old and worn out. With a little attention to details, this could be a fantastic rental property. The balcony, as others have mentioned, is relaxing and comfortable. And the location is perfect. It was disappointing to find no closet in the main bedroom and we found cobwebs throughout the house. It gave the appearance of not having seen guests for some time.

Awesome Location in Pinetop

This house was perfect for us and our kids/spouses/grandkids The master was huge. We all really enjoyed hanging out on the patio, playing games and taking walks morning and night. We cooked most meals. The kitchen had everything and then some of what we needed. The way the house was set up was perfect! We all Had our own space. Lisa was beyond accommodating and answers all the questions I had very quickly. We ate breakfast at Darbies and it was amazing! None of us wanted to leave and overall had a fantastic time! 🤔 needed.

We really enjoyed the large covered deck. Property was in a quieter area of the neighborhood which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. The one thing we didn’t like was that all the lighting was very dim so everything seemed very dark but overall a great property.

Absolutely perfect Pinetop cabin

This cabin has everything a family or group could need. I was particularly impressed with the kid friendly items (sound machine in the bunk room, stool in the downstairs bathroom for a child to reach the sink and some kid dishes in the kitchen, etc). The kitchen was fully stocked and we made use of the wine and beer fridge. The beds were comfy and very clean. The best part was relaxing on the porch and enjoying the afternoon thunderstorms. Thank you for having all the amenities we needed and for a relaxing stay. This property is fabulous.

Our Stay In Pinetop

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The home is beautiful. We have a few minor critiques: windows needed cleaning, the spa was greenish in color so we didnt get in, no soap or shampoo provided for the showers, armoire in upstairs bedroom wouldnt open and no closet space in the primary bedroom. I would suggest letting folks know there isnt closet space available in upstairs bedrooms and soap isnt provided, so they can be prepared upon arrival. Otherwise it was in a great area, close to dining, and in a quiet neighborhood.
