„Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they had given us had not been cleaned after last guest, so we had to go back to desk. We were promptly given a new room, which was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a safe area. Breakfast was okay.“

„Overall this is a fine hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was pretty clean and the property was accessible to the highway. Some observations: the drain was draining super slowly. This hotel is adjacent to a golf course so they are overrun by middle aged golfers who like to party once they are done for the day. They drink, smoke, and make plenty of noise. I'm already not a big fan when my room has a connecting door to another room but in this case whoever wasn't the other side was snoring and did other bodily sounds the whole night which was super annoying. Also the AC was either a very simple or a very old model. More or less you had only the option to turn it on or off there was no way it would shut down after it ...

„The hotel was ok except that the hot water went out for the entire hotel for the duration of our stay. I'm fairly sure it wasn't working when we checked in, but we didn't find out until we took a shower the next morning. The staff never mentioned anything about it until we brought it up and didn't bother to keep us updated. We had to keep asking when it might be fixed. They refused to refund even a part of the room fee and were ignoring the request when I took the complaint to the corporate ...
