"In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it. Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service. We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel."

"Nice hotel, good location depending on who you‘re dealing with. The hotel is in its ages and needs some renovation here and there. Also staff could have been friendlier. Overall a nice stay but not outstanding as I am used to from Shangri-La. "

"It started already when I made the booking. I asked for an airport shuttle. I had to follow up three times, before I received an answer and a link to pay. A catastrophic stay. Hair from the previous occupant in the bathroom. The toilet paper was hanging almost to the floor, i.e. the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned at all. Old, run-down room with stained carpet. View of the house wall about 3m. And last but not least, we were charged 300.00 PHP as a fine for an alleged blood stain of about 5mm. Unbelievable but true. The best of all was the coffee in the room!"
