„The person at the front desk needs to learn how to tell if a room has already been paid for even if it was reserved from a third party. I was charged extra and am still waiting to see if I’m going to have to file a dispute or not. Nothing personal. Just situational.“

„Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. “
