DURCH DEN HISTORISCHEN HOCHWASSERSTAND DES SEES HURON IST DER STRAND ZUR ZEIT UNTERGEFÜHRT. Der nahe gelegene öffentliche Strand in Caseville ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt und hat immer noch viel Strand. Der See ist auf dem Grundstück immer noch sandig und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Ein neuer Ufermauer wurde installiert, als der Rasen mit neuen Treppen, Geländern und Rasenflächen ausgewaschen wurde.

HD-Kabel mit regionalen Sportkanälen (einschließlich ESPN & BTN) und HBO im Wohn- und Hauptschlafzimmer sowie WLAN sind inbegriffen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und einige grundlegende Notwendigkeiten sind enthalten, um Ihren Aufenthalt so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten.

Ein fünfzig Fuß langer privater Sandstrand mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen liegt direkt vor Ihrer Haustür und lädt zum Schwimmen oder Lagerfeuer am Sand Point North Shore ein. Der See ist in der Regel sandig mit einer guten Tiefe zum Schwimmen.

The boys spent 4 days a three beautiful local golf courses. Ubly, Bird Creek, Verona.. the ladies and baby enjoyed the beach a friendly town.. We will be back next year same time..

Beautiful Place To Stay

The property was well-kept. Ross was very great to work with and helped us check in a little earlier. We enjoyed using the fire pit almost every night. It has a wonderful view of the lake. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful family vacation!

This was my family's second visit to this property and it did not disappoint! The accomodations are perfect for a beachfront cottage, everyone had fun and was able to relax as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great family getaway!

Sunrises AND Sunsets on Sand Point

We loved our time on Sand Point and this cottage had everything we needed to be able to spend time with friends. The kitchen table extends to seat 8, which was perfect for game time. The AC works well and keeps the indoors cool. The private beachfront was perfect for our needs and there's plenty of room for walks along the beach as well.

Want to give 5 stars, but…

I so badly want to give this place 5 stars as Ross is an excellent host. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and he even left a dinner with friends to come open the place for me as my bone headed self lost the key. The location is great. Right on the water with a sunset view. Plenty of beach to get your tan on. Water is shallow for at least 100 yards out from shore. You can hear the waves lapping the shore as you relax around the fire pit or chill out in the house. Beds and furniture were comfortable enough. Stand up fan in every room. Nice, fully stocked kitchen. But the reason I have to go four stars is the cleanliness. Ross, buddy. Have someone come in and do a deep clean once a quarter. It’ll make all the difference. Windows needed to be cleaned, screens need to be cleaned and a few repaired. Bathroom had some mildew spots on the wall of the shower. The place is all neat and tidy, but not clean.

This place was perfect for my family. Awesome location, perfectly situated home with everything you need for a great get away. Ross was pleasant to deal with and was even kind enough to stop by to try to help us in getting the television up and running.

Very comfortable house with a great location

Our group of 2 families had a cozy and relaxing time over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It was a great spot to cook and eat together as well as watch the football games… all with the gorgeous lake right outside the back door!

We really enjoyed ourselves staying at this property! We went September 10-15th. Apparently everything in the area calms down after labor day. We might have seen 6 people on the beach the whole stay! And we walked all the way down to the furthest point and back! It was incredible. The locals are super friendly and gave great advice. The beach was PERFECT and our kids had a blast swimming, building sand castles and rock hunting. We found Petoskey stones, beach glass, driftwood, shells and some interesting/unique stones. We would 100% stay here again. We splurged and bought Giuseppe's pizza and it was fantastic. We did not do anything extra around the area because being on the lake was all we needed! ❤️

Perfect for family get away.

This rental was perfect for my family weekend getaway. The sunset view is amazing. Location was great. But as many others have mentioned, this place really could use a good, deep clean. Surface level clean seemed to be just fine though. Microwave and fridge were clean, counter tops were clean and everything was neat and tidy when we walked in. Found sufficient amount of towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher powder, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper/paper towel and kitchen amenities. We did clean the bottom of the Keurig tray as that was pretty gross looking. Heads up, use the bigger decorative coffee mugs as the first cup the Keurig pours out seems to overflow a bit. The couches in the living room are old and have lost their comfort. We used the fire pit, but that’s on its last legs too. It was nice to have wood provided for that though! There was a lot of beach items to use in the garage which was a nice touch. It’s a nice rental all in all, but could use a little extra deep clean love. Regardless my family and I still had an amazing weekend here on Sand Point!

Beautiful view and very nice property manager

It was wonderful for my mom and I, for our girls day’s vacation. Beautiful view, very nice property manager, and weather was perfect! Their house fit our needs very well. Only a couple of areas I would suggest: Clean the screens and windows that face the water. Couldn’t see through the bottom areas of the living room windows, due to cobwebs and film. The Large couch in the living room has broken springs in the middle area, so sitting there is very uncomfortable. I would also recommend bringing aluminum foil, zip bags and maybe some glad wrap to cover leftovers. Otherwise everything else was great for us. Thank you Ross. Hope to visit your place again in the future.

Beach is worth it.

Cons: As many other reviewers have stated, this place isn’t super clean, so if dirt on top of the fridge and some cobwebs and dust are a deal breaker, this might not be your place. Also really not much as far as stocked items. Almost no hand soap, dish soap, or shampoo. Not a huge deal with Dollar general just 5 minutes away to restock with cheap items, but would have been nice not to have to. Furniture was decent, but don’t plan on anyone sleeping on the couches, they aren’t comfortable enough for sleeping. Pros: Close to Caseville, which has fun shops and restaurants. Tip: try and find things you need at Dollar General first, the grocery store is expensive! The beach is perfect, probably 2 ft deep out to 100 yds or so. He has a nice selection of chairs, beach toys, fire pit, and even corn hole. The yard is just big enough to throw the football or frisbee without having to go down to the beach. Sunsets are great! Wi-Fi and Dish TV as well as a DVD player and a few movies. Gas grill is provided as well! Overall: The positives outweigh the negatives. My kids loved it. If I owned it I think I would cancel the Dish since it has good Wi-Fi and take whatever that savings is and put it towards providing the basics like laundry detergent, soap etc. Little stuff but it makes a difference.
