„This cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, 2 full baths and quiet! It is located just off the parkway which was very convenient. The host was great to work with also. He sent an email beforehand to let us know that the national park now requires a parking permit, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.“

„The pros were: The cabin is in a great location, very convenient to the island and Skyliner diner, and other things that we visited, including Dollywood and Parrot Mtn. It was also pet friendly, which is sometimes hard to find. The cons were: The cabin definitely needs new mattresses and pillows. They were very uncomfortable. It also needs new pots and pans. Most of the Teflon is scraped off of the skillet so we ended up going out to buy our own so we could cook. We also couldn't get the TV in ...

„Pros: This is a nice clean safe area with lots of well spaced out homes and no traffic. The whole community is tucked away by the river in Pigeon Forge. All the houses are up on stilts so keep that in mind if you have elderly guests, toddlers, luggage and groceries. The house was nicely decorated with warm rich decor and had a very homey feeling. „Our second stay in the Playful Bear was great for the whole family, just like the first. With boys aged 5 to 15, there was plenty of amenities to occupy the whole family. It is also very convenient to the Publix and attractions in Pigeon Forge.“

„Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!“
