„Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the things we needed, even coffee, storage wraps, etc. The kids enjoyed the beach every day with the included rafts, floaters, and kayaks. Decor is lovely too. We would definitely recommend. “

„This group was made up of 7th-12th graders from our classical Christian school (and adults). Our school has a house system and has an ongoing competition, and this group of boys won! This house was selected for their retreat, and they thoroughly enjoyed the house and their time up north. The chaperones said the homeowners were easy to contact regarding access and if anything came up. Thank you for a great retreat! We would highly recommend this home for any large or small groups!!“

„When i got to the address it took a while 15 mins to locate the cabin, a local lady helped me find the sun-bleached signs by the entrance, she told me go straight back on the road and there it was. I could tell by looking around it was not clean. I cleaned the outhouse and swept the floor in the cabin. Overall it was quite and comfortable . Needs a table and chairs .Jerry“

„The location on the river is amazing. Even better than we expected. Pricing is on point. We found it very relaxing in the mornings to sit out front and have a coffee. In the afternoons it was fun to swim and watch the boats go by. We did some fishing and caught some bluegill and perch.The host were very friendly and had great communication. I would give the hosts & rental 10 stars if I could but it only allows me to give 5!“

„Had a nice long weekend stay. Meet our adult daughter and her fiancé for some family time.The lake house was just as pictured. Everything was labeled. They had more than expected for us to use. Everything we needed. Beach towels, Suntan lotion, mosquito spray, games, Keurig, etc. The couch and the beds were very comfortable. We swam in the lake every day. There are boats to rent, but since we didn’t have the experience we decided not to. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great time. “

„Wonderful experience for a 3 family getaway (13 people & dog). A lot of little touches make the home very inviting. House is located conveniently near a grocery store and a few restaurants. We rented a boat and went to the dockside ice cream shop which was awesome... Definitely hard to beat the experience of watching a sunset while eating ice cream on a boat. Lots of indoor games available, but thankfully the weather was great so we got to enjoy kayaking, the paddle boat and the pontoon. We ...

„I don't even know where to begin. This place was the best place we have rented over the past 10yrs. The house is freshly painted and updated, most everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. Towels were new and fluffy. Everything we needed was there for us with the exception of a can coozy and smores sticks. But don't worry, we left some after purchasing them at the dollar store. Not a lot to do in town but we were ok with that. Do NOT go to the little Mexican restaurant. Worst food ever! The ...

„We loved our stay! The tiki theme made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The lake was wonderful. The included use of the kayaks and paddle boards was really nice! We made a fire in the firepit outside and used the hot tub while we watched a movie on the TV behind the bar. The loft is nicely appointed and has everything you need, including games (we played Pictionary!). We'll definitely be back again. Thank you to our hosts!“

„Stayed here for a long weekend with a larger group (12) and rented the lodge and suite. Cant beat the location right on the water with dock and kayaks to borrow. Close (walking distance) to bars, groceries, Croton village, and 5min to the tubing rental. Host was great at communicating thru the frustrating VBRO app and let us get the units we needed for a large group and was flexible, and helped me retrieve a lost item as well.“
