Lofty Pines | Hot Tub, Game Room + Big Fenced Yard

A proper Black Hills home with room to spread out. Three bedrooms, hot tub, fenced yard, game room in the garage, and a kids playroom stocked with toys. The main floor has a king suite, fireplace, and a kitchen built for cooking real meals. Upstairs sleeps five more across two bedrooms. Covered porch with rocking chairs and a grill and smoker station. Ponderosa pines on the hillside behind you, Rapid City minutes away. Families and groups book this one fast for a reason. Sleeps 8.

This is the kind of place where everyone in your group actually has space. Three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fenced yard, a hot tub with pine-covered hills behind it, and enough room inside and out that nobody is on top of each other.

The Layout
The main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area, and the primary bedroom. The living room has a gas fireplace, a large wall-mounted TV, Southwestern-style furniture, and Craftsman lamps. The kitchen opens to a dining nook with a big pine table that seats eight, plus bar seating for four at the granite island. White cabinetry, mosaic tile backsplash, pendant lighting, and a full set of appliances make this a kitchen you can actually cook in.

The primary bedroom is on the main level with a king bed in a handcrafted log frame, a sitting chair, dresser, ceiling fan, and its own en suite bathroom with walk in shower and jetted tub Plus a private exterior entrance to the hot tub. A half bath is also on this floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed with a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom has two full beds and its own TV.

There`s also a kids playroom upstairs stocked with toys. It`s there for families to use, though we leave it to guests to tidy up after their kids.
The two-car garage has been set up as a game area. Washer and dryer are in the home.

The Outdoors
The backyard is fenced, which is rare for vacation rentals out here. The hot tub sits on a gravel pad off the deck with views of the pines climbing the hillside behind the property. The covered front porch has rocking chairs and a gas grill. The yard is big enough for kids to run, and the whole property backs up to open green space.

The Location
You`re on Lofty Pines Road just outside Rapid City. The feel is rural and quiet, but town is a short drive away for groceries, dining, and supplies. From here you`re well positioned for all the major Black Hills destinations.

Things to Know
This home accommodates up to 8 guests. No pets, please. The garage game area and kids playroom are available but are not serviced between stays. Plenty of parking in the driveway and garage.

You will have private access to the entire house, fenced yard and hot tub. There is a second residence on the property, the large red barn in the arial photos. This is a long term rental and is off limits to the guests.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞
House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.

Smoking:
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50` of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.

Pets:
This house is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $75. We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are fully potty trained, will stay off of the bed and couch, and will not be in the house alone unless kenneled. Additional pet fees will be incurred if there is damage or extra cleaning due to the pet. Dog waste must be disposed of or fees will apply. Also, furry feline friends are lovely but unfortunately, we cannot accept cats at this property. :)

Quiet Hours:
Please be respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 10pm and before 8am.

General Damages:
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety:
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other:
The space you are booking is for up to 3 people. More than three people are allowed in the home but not recommended.
No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

Consumables:
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

Parties:
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

Crime and Drugs:
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Cleaning:
Please hang your towels, take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else. We handle it however if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of JAckie we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.

Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as coloring on walls, damage to the property, damaged linens, furniture, gouges in flooring, broken items, or other extraneous items.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
