„Good hotel right in downtown. Cool architecture. Splendid public spaces; lobby and rooftop. Large room, pretty spare. Serious about their coffee. Would have been nice if staff had assisted us unloading to check in during a torrential downpour. Several staff standing around inside. No one assisted. Had to come in to borrow umbrella. “
