„Our stay was great.We were there for a week with 9 people.The property is huge, so everyone could find a quiet spot to relax.If you enjoy seclusion, this is the perfect place to stay.The last stretch to the property is a bit challenging, but definitely doable :)The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.I highly recommend a trip to Sperlonga – a breathtaking town on a hill right by the coast.Communication with the hosts was excellent at all times.Any questions we had were answered ...

„Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden ...

„This place was amazing. A bit tricky to get to but worth it for the amazing views. Wish we'd booked for longer. Short walk to restaurants. Parking is onsite, which is a bonus during busy periods in Gaeta. The place looks better than the online photos. “

Super quiet, lots of privacy, and the pool is just a dream! The handover was really uncomplicated, and the host gave us lots of helpful info. „Wir waren im August für 10 Tage in der Villa. Der Vermieter hat bereits im Vorfeld gut mit uns kommuniziert, am Tag der Anreise war sein netter Verwalter vor Ort. Die Villa war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde 2x Woche gewartet. Alles war in Ordnung und gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Da die Lage in den Bergen ist, muss man ein Auto vor Ort haben. “

The stars at night were incredible. There were horses nearby. We definitely would come back and tell anyone we know to stay there. Close to the ruins of San Pietro Infini as well. „This house is a hidden gem! I think you would be hard pressed to find a nicer villa in Cassino. The photos do not do it justice - especially the grounds which are large and beautifully kept. Everything inside is clean and well appointed. Alberto was attentive, prompt, and friendly. If you love dogs (as you should) there is a gorgeous guard dog that is a sweet as can be. He only comes out of his area by request. We had Kobe out with the family the entire stay. “
