„The building is quite new , spacious, comfort rooms very adequate & clean. Quiet neighborhood & staff service is excellent. Parking needs room for improvement. Overall 4 stars!...“

„The bed was small and hard. The wifi terrible. Breakfast no coffee maschine!! Charge extra to have a Cappuccino. Overall very poor Building quality. Lobby and Restaurant is nice. “

„Best of the best service highly recommended“

„Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.“

„das Frühstück ist sehrgut , der kleine Park am Hotel ist schön. “

„Great place to stay. Great hospitality. Wonderful views. Close to one of many Baguio attractions. Love the units, but it would be been great if there was a microwave or even a small stove and fridge. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant were great in both services and hospitality. Overall excellent place to stay. Will most likely return to stay at this property when staying in Baguio in the future.“

„Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.“

„Alles bestens, ausser das Frühstück, das eher dürftig ist, für Europäer zumindest.“

„I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!“

„Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!“
