„Basically, the studio was fine, it was clean and the service was good. Unfortunately, it rained in during a stormy night, we woke up in the middle of the night and water was dripping all over the TV and all the electronic devices. I found this very dangerous, especially for the children. When I contacted the studio management, they were concerned, but no immediate action was taken. I asked for a refund, but they simply stopped responding. Therefore, not recommended!“

„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). „Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. „The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. “

"Es war ein wunderbarer Ort mit wunderschönem alten und renovierten Palais, welches in eine atemberaubend schöne und moderne infrastruktur eingebettet ist. Im grünen Park fühlt man sich wie im Märchen... wunderschön hergerichtet und gepflegt. der Floatingpool ist herrlich ...und sogar beheizt. Eun Hotel im oberen Preissegment...für italien sehr teuer... kann man sich gönnen... denn es hält was es verspricht. Massagen im Spa sind qualitativ top... auch hier oberstes Preisspanne... man kann problemlos mit Essen und einem verlängerten Wochenende im Basiszimmer schnell 10k CHF verbraten... Parking war erfreulicherweise inklusive. "

"Sehr gutes Hotel und hilfsbereites, freundliches Personal. Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüsst. Eines der Highlights ist der interne Shop. Man findet dort u.a. Mineralwasser & weitere Nahrungsmittel und praktische Produkte für Reisende. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm. Grosses Bad. Bequemes Bett. Sehr nett ist auch, dass als Willkommensgeschenk Mineralwasser im Zimmer platziert war. Das Hotel ist auch sehr gut gelegen und in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Como S. Giovanni. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werde, falls ich wieder nach Como reise, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder dort einkehren."
