„It appears to be quite a new hotel located a short walk from the centre of Lane. The initial impression is very good front desk is very efficient and allow us to check in at 8 am which was a real bonus having just arrived at 7 am. The room was large with the balcony and views to the mountains. There were some minor glitches with the shower system they had to repair or nothing serious but the water was not hot just warm. Buffet breakfast was simple reasonable but anytime we ask for anything. ...

„I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.“

„このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！“

On our return of the hotel after a few days in the Nubra Valley, we were given our old room, which was perfect. The war began the night prior to our planned departure for Delhi, and all flights were (and are) cancelled indefinitely. „I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. „A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good. The market and the old town are only at 5 minutes by foot. The last but not the least, you can play table tennis for free.“

„A very simple property in Leh but really good value. And the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. They even stored our luggage for us as we went for an 8-day trek. The location is also perfect for exploring the main downtown plaza. Simple facilities but the staff more than make up for this.“
