Guests are welcome to log in using their own personal accounts to access streaming services during their stay. For privacy and security, we kindly ask that guests remember to sign out of their accounts before check-out.

We’re excited to host you at The Copper Cactus and want you to have a wonderful, comfortable stay. These simple guidelines help us take great care of the home and ensure a great experience for all guests.

Guests & Occupancy Policy
To ensure the comfort, safety, and security of the home, only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
The Copper Cactus has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

Unauthorized Guests
For safety and insurance reasons, visitors, additional overnight guests, or unregistered individuals are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
If additional guests are found on the property who are not included in the reservation, we reserve the right to:
-Request immediate removal of unauthorized guests
-Apply an additional guest fee of $50 per person/ per night
-In serious or repeated cases, terminate the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policy
We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your guest count or have visitors, please message us in advance. We’re happy to accommodate when possible with prior approval.

Smoking/ Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the home or game room. Smoking is permitted outside only, provided all doors and windows remain closed to prevent smoke from entering the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
If smoke odor is detected inside the home, an odor remediation fee may apply

Pets
We love animals, but no pets are allowed due to severe allergies in the home. If an unauthorized pet is brought into the home, additional cleaning or damage charges may apply in accordance with VRBO's policies

Parties & Events
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and events are not permitted
We ask guests to keep noise at a respectful level, especially in the evenings

Safety & Home Layout
This is a two-story home with stairs
Baby gates are installed at the bottom and top of the stairs
Guests should feel comfortable navigating stairs when booking

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, game room, and private backyard patio.

You’ll also have access to the community amenities, including two community pools.

Entry to the home is via a secure self-check-in system, making arrival easy and flexible. Detailed check-in instructions and access codes will be provided prior to your stay.

Please note:

The closets used for owner storage are not accessible to guests.

Community amenities are shared spaces and subject to community rules and availability.

Parking is available in the two-car driveway, with additional street parking nearby if needed.

Other things to note
While our home is close to a nearby train route and occasional train noise may be heard, many guests find it to be minimal. For added comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine.

This is a two-story home, access to the bedrooms and showers require climbing stairs, so please book only if everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs.
