Centrally located just 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 12 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and Chase Field, and 18 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, you`ll have easy access to some of the Valley`s best dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. With major freeways nearby, getting around Phoenix and Scottsdale is a breeze.
House Rules & Friendly Reminders

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Please help us keep the home in great condition by following a few simple guidelines.

Parking & Visitors: Maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. Parties and gatherings are not permitted. We understand you may have visitors, but please communicate with your host in advance for approval to avoid any confusion.

No Smoking:Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors, at least 15 feet away from the home. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Poolside Music & Noise: You`re welcome to enjoy music by the pool, but please keep the volume at a respectful level. All outdoor speakers and music must be turned off by **8:00 PM**. We want everyone to have a great time while being considerate of our neighbors.

Air Conditioning: Arizona summers are hot! Please keep the AC set no lower than 72°F to help the system run smoothly. When leaving the property, kindly adjust it to 78°F. This helps prevent breakdowns during your stay.

Pool Cleaner: Please leave the pool cleaning equipment in the pool. It helps keep the water clean and the system operating properly.

Pool Heating: Pool heating is available upon request and is not automatically running throughout your stay. Due to colder winter water temperatures, there is a **$125 initial heat-up fee for the 1st day, and $75** per day thereafter. Please coordinate with your host in advance so we can schedule heating for when you`ll actually be using the pool.
