Four bedrooms sleep twelve comfortably. The primary and one guest room each have a king, another has a queen, and the fourth has two queens, with two twin cots in the living room for the extra bodies. The living space is bright and open with smart TVs, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining area seats the whole group. Washer and dryer in home and fast WiFi throughout.

The backyard is private and built for indoor-outdoor living. Float in the heated pool (additional charge for heat), soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit as the sun drops behind Camelback. There's a BBQ grill for cooking outside, cornhole and lawn games for the competitive types, and several seating areas so people can spread out or pull in close. It's the kind of yard where a quick swim turns into a whole afternoon.
