Professionally designed by London Pierce Design, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence was created to feel more like a private boutique resort than a vacation rental. Bold architectural details, curated interiors, soaring ceilings and premium finishes flow throughout approximately 3,570 square feet of sophisticated indoor-outdoor living.



At the center of the home is a spectacular chef's kitchen featuring European-style cabinetry, premium appliances and a dramatic Taj Mahal quartzite waterfall island. But Mariposa Social has a secret: tucked discreetly behind the show kitchen is a hidden speakeasy-style prep kitchen, allowing entertaining, cocktails and late-night bites to happen without interrupting the polished main space.



The adjacent dining and entertaining areas continue the experience with a sophisticated wet bar, designer lighting and expansive sliding glass doors that disappear to connect the interior with the backyard.

Other Things to Note:

At Mariposa Social, luxury means no surprise add-ons. Your stay includes complimentary pool and spa heat at no additional charge, so you can enjoy the home’s resort-style amenities whenever you choose. No heating fees, no daily surcharges—just arrive, settle in, and enjoy the full Mariposa Social experience.



To preserve this elevated experience for every guest and our neighbors, we ask that the home, furnishings, and grounds be treated with care and respect. Mariposa Social is a luxury residence designed for refined enjoyment—not parties, events, or large gatherings. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with zero tolerance for parties, disturbances, or unauthorized events.



Pool & Spa Safety: For safety and liability purposes, all guests are required to complete a pool and spa use waiver prior to check-in.



Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. Violations are subject to a $250 non-refundable fee.



Security & Noise Monitoring: Exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell are installed for occupancy verification and emergency/security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut noise-monitoring device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations.



Pets: Mariposa Social maintains a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee and may result in removal from the property.



Late Check-Out: To ensure a seamless experience for arriving guests, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. Need a little extra time? Please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.



Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack ’n Play and highchair are available upon request.
