This property includes self check-in for your convenience. Instructions will be sent 48 hours before arrival.

Other things to note
We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. The primary guest must complete a Truvi application that matches the reservation name, and the background check must be completed within 48 hours of booking, as required by State and City regulations. Your booking is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

A non-refundable $35 damage waiver is also collected via Truvi. This covers accidental damage during your stay and ensures a worry-free experience.

We love hosting responsible guests who respect our home and neighbors. Please note:
✔ No Parties or Events or Loud Music – Loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
✔ No Smoking – Smoking is NOT allowed at the property (inside & outside).
✔ Respect Quiet Hours (10 PM - 7 AM) – Per Peoria city ordinance.
✔ All guests and pets staying at the property must be included on the reservation. Unauthorized guests or pets are not permitted and will result in fine or cancellation.

A noise monitoring device (non-recording) will alert if noise level exceeds 75 decibels. Repeated noise alerts will result in early termination of the stay.

For your safety, security cameras are installed ONLY on the outside perimeter of the property. There are no indoor cameras, ensuring your privacy while maintaining security.
