PLEASE NOTE:



Before you arrive:



* REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS: Complete the check-in form sent prior to arrival. Your unit number, door code, and access instructions will only be provided after the form has been completed.

* The form includes ID verification, criminal background screening, a valid credit or debit card for incidentals, and optional requests such as early check-in and parking.

* Reservations cannot be finalized if the background check reveals disqualifying criminal records. If this impacts your reservation, you will be notified promptly after submitting the check-in form.

* Minimum age requirement: guests must be 22+ to book and check in, or 25+ for local guests staying within 50 miles of the property.

* Charges for optional services not included in the room rate, such as parking, will be collected separately through the service provider using a major credit or debit card.

* A refundable $250 security deposit is required for all units. Some reservations may require a higher deposit; please review your booking details.

* Upon arrival, please visit the concierge desk to complete the check-in process.



PARKING:



* On-site parking is available for $20 per night plus tax and is collected through the virtual check-in form. Limited to one vehicle per unit.



HOUSEKEEPING:



* Mid-stay housekeeping is not included. Additional cleanings may be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
