This is the suite for guests who came for the District itself. Downtown Gilbert Vibes is a clean, modern 2-bedroom with one job: put you steps from Main Street's patios, breweries and live music, and give you somewhere calm and stylish to land afterwards.

PET FRIENDLY
All four Elm St suites are dog friendly. One well-behaved pet per unit is welcome with prior approval and a $75 pet fee, added to your reservation before check-in. Travelling with more than one? Message us before booking. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, and we ask that all pet waste is cleaned up before departure. A pet that arrives without prior approval incurs a $500 unauthorized pet fee.

SELF CHECK-IN
Private entrance with a smart-lock keypad. Check-in any time after 4:00 PM; a door code unique to your reservation is sent 48 hours before arrival and works for your whole stay. Check-out is 10:00 AM with no chores. Early check-in from 2:00 PM and late check-out until 12:00 PM are available at $25 per hour with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to our cleaning team's schedule.

PARKING AND GETTING AROUND
Free street parking directly in front of the building - a quiet, uncrowded block - plus a dedicated space at the rear. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is about 15 minutes and Sky Harbor about 25. Most guests drive or use rideshare; Downtown Gilbert itself is very walkable.

The whole suite is yours — private entrance, smart-lock keypad, and contactless self check-in any time after 4:00 PM. Your door code is unique to your reservation and arrives 48 hours before you do. Spare keys are kept on site, so a lockout never ends your evening.

Behind your unit is a private gravel courtyard with a fire pit and outdoor seating, yours alone for the stay. Free street parking is right outside on a quiet, uncrowded block, plus a free open lot at the rear with room for every unit.

Located one to two blocks north of Downtown Gilbert’s Main Street corridor (shops, restaurants, breweries and weekly events). The immediate block is residential with a mix of duplexes and small apartment buildings; nearby commercial corridors on Gilbert Road and Guadalupe/Main provide groceries, casual dining and services. The area feels walkable for short trips to downtown retail and nighttime activity, with quieter residential streets a short walk away.

Most guests use a car, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or bike for local travel. Street parking and small off‑street lots are common; check unit-specific parking rules. Valley Metro and local bus routes serve Gilbert but frequency is lower than central Phoenix — expect transfers for rail connections. Biking and walking to downtown Gilbert destinations is convenient for short trips.

A FEW HONEST NOTES
- You're in one of four suites in a small, quiet building, so you may occasionally hear neighbours through shared walls.
- Downtown Gilbert grew up around its rail line and trains still pass nearby. Some guests notice them, most don't.
- There is no pool on the property, and the kitchen has no dishwasher.
- Infants and children are welcome. No smoking or vaping, and no parties or events.
